Privacy policy
1. Principles
STATIZY can be used without creating an account. We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, phone number or email address.
Your records, including trips, place notes, income and expenses, are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers. Only features that need a server connection, such as weather, ride weather alerts and address lookup, send the minimum information described below.
2. Data we process and why

- Coordinates sent for ride weather alerts are converted on the server to a weather grid cell of about 5 km. Only the grid cell is stored, not the exact coordinates.
- Device credentials are stored on the server as hashes, not in their original form.
- Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive card numbers or other payment details.
- Notices, app version checks and the worker rest location list do not send personal data.
3. Retention and deletion

Data is destroyed without delay, in a way that cannot be recovered, when its retention period ends. Uninstalling the app does not immediately delete ride weather alert device data from the server. To have it deleted sooner, contact us.
4. Processors and international transfers
We use the following companies to provide the service.

- Data transferred abroad: push tokens and purchase status to Google; connection information such as IP addresses, together with the server-bound data in section 2, to Cloudflare. Transfers happen over the network when you use the relevant feature.
- Retention: according to each company’s processing agreement and policies.
- How to refuse: turning off notifications or not using ride weather alerts stops push tokens from being sent. Cloudflare processing is required to reach the website and server, so the service cannot be used without it.
We do not provide personal data to third parties for any other purpose, except where required by law.
5. Device permissions

While a trip is being recorded, location is recorded even when the screen is off or another app is in use, and a notification shows that recording is active. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.
6. Backup and sharing
- If Android Auto Backup is on, app data may be backed up to your Google account. Ride weather alert credentials are excluded from backups. You can turn off backup in your device settings.
- If you share a PDF or image with another app, that app or the recipient handles the file. Check whether amounts, locations or notes are included before sharing.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal data at any time.
- Records on your device: view, edit or delete them in the app, or remove everything with the reset feature in settings or by uninstalling the app.
- Data on our server: email jiungdev@gmail.com and we will act on your request without delay and let you know the result.
- A legal representative or authorized person may also exercise these rights on your behalf.
8. Security
- Communication between the app and our server uses encryption such as HTTPS.
- Device credentials are stored as hashes, and the server database cannot be accessed directly from outside.
- Server request logs record only the minimum information needed to operate the service.
- Access to personal data is limited to the minimum number of people.
9. Website and cookies
The website (statizy.com) does not use cookies and has no analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process connection information such as IP addresses for security and operation.
10. Children
STATIZY is a service for people who work on the road and is not directed at children under 14.

13. Changes to this policy
We will announce changes in the app notices and on the website at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for important changes such as collecting new data.
