Terms of service
1. Operator and purpose
These draft terms describe the use of STATIZY, operated by 코티 (representative: 한지웅). Contact: jiungdev@gmail.com. They are not yet effective terms.
2. Features and permissions
STATIZY supports trip, distance and stop records; place notes; income and expense management; exports; weather and rest-location information. Availability depends on the app version, device, permissions and connectivity.
Location recording may continue while a trip is active, including while another app is in use or the screen is off. Location, notification and overlay permissions can be managed in device settings. Detailed location-service terms and consent procedures require confirmation before publication.
3. Records, sharing and safe use
Review user-entered records and exported files before relying on or sharing them. Do not record or disclose other people’s personal information without authority. Operate the app only when safely stopped.
Keep independent copies of important records. Device changes, deletion or failures may affect access. This warning does not waive the operator’s legal responsibilities. Files shared with another app are handled by the recipient chosen by the user.
4. Changes and paid features
Service changes and interruptions will be communicated as appropriate to their impact. If paid features are offered, pricing, cancellation and refund terms must be disclosed separately.
Account registration is not currently offered. The operator offers an optional paid subscription through Google Play. Pricing, billing period and benefits are shown on the in-app purchase screen and in Google Play. Cancellation and refunds follow Google Play subscription management and refund policies and applicable law.
If advertising is introduced, the operator will disclose the applicable terms and changes to personal-data processing before it takes effect and provide any required consent procedures.
5. Information limitations
Location, routes, distance and stop duration rely on device measurements and app calculations. GPS reception, permissions, battery settings, connectivity and interruptions may cause errors or omissions. Verify underlying records and facts before using them for evidence or settlement.
Income, expense and estimated net-income calculations depend on entered records and settings. Tax figures are reference estimates, not guarantees of actual withholding, tax liability, filing outcomes or payments. Check official statements and seek professional advice when needed.
Consumable replacement timing, usage period and distance, and replacement alerts are reference guidance based on the replacement records and intervals you enter and the distance calculated by the app. They do not guarantee your vehicle’s actual condition or when maintenance is needed. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance and a qualified mechanic’s inspection when deciding on maintenance.
Weather forecasts and alerts may differ from actual conditions, be delayed or be unavailable. Maps, addresses and rest-location information may lag behind changes. Prioritize official notices and local conditions for safety, and confirm facility access before visiting.
Place notes are user-entered information. Displaying a note does not mean that the operator has verified its accuracy or any permission from a third party.
6. Scope of liability
Responsibility for loss depends on the operator’s fault, causation and applicable law. The information limitations above do not automatically excuse errors or breaches of the operator’s obligations.
Natural events, network interruptions, device faults or errors in external information do not create a blanket exemption. The operator’s management and response, any fault and the circumstances must be considered under applicable law.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. They do not unfairly transfer the operator’s risks to users or restrict mandatory user rights.
Applicable law and jurisdiction rules govern disputes. The Disclaimer page provides additional explanation and does not reduce rights under these terms or mandatory law.
Pending decisions
Effective date, supported ages and child-related procedures, the scope of future advertising and paid offerings, notice periods, location-service requirements and international availability remain to be confirmed. This is an English review draft, not confirmation of compliance in every market.
